ITT Transfer OCI: Help

There have been a few random questions about this in the transfer forum, but nothing with substantial feedback. I'll start us off . . .

I'm transferring to UCLA/Texas/Vandy from a T30 school (22%) that doesn't have a bidding process and I'm having trouble figuring out where I should bid. I realize that OCI is not a guarantee, transfer are hard to judge, blablabla, but I need some general help.

What is the Vault range that a top 20% at a T30 should bid on? I'm looking at a lot of the employer requirements and they seem to have "preferred" gpa cut offs of 3.3 (UCLA's median).

Example:
Latham requires a 3.4 (which I am above by enough that it seems reasonable to bid for it) but it is ranked 17th, which seems so high it may be a waste of a bid.

I would really appreciate any help (or guesses, estimates, anecdotes, etc.) people could give me.

OP: Thanks for your help. Is there anyway to find this type of information? I noticed the cut-offs were higher for Irell/Gibson, based on the OCI requirements, but there are some who don't have any GPAs listed. I've done a decent amount of searching for this information, and have been striking out.

None of the above firms are going to matter for op who should be shooting very low re selectivity/vault and hoping to get a job.

I would guess 50/50 on getting a paid firm job

OP: You're probably right, I'm trying to maximize my chances with bidding smart.

I'm assuming, from this, that I should be bidding V50-100 and non vault firms?

That would be my play.
