Chicago People: Tell me about Schiff Hardin

I have a relative that I am meeting with over dinner that is equity at Schiff; correspondingly, I'd like to remain anonymous.
Anyone have any thoughts, first-, or second-hand knowledge about the firm?

Just general impressions of the firm, its "place" among the Chicago firms, strength of particular practice areas, etc. Also, experiences of any friends who've worked there.

In terms of its place relative to other firms, I believe it is in the Willis Tower near many other firms.
