Anyone else having trouble with Symplicity?
FML, I tried to upload a cover letter in .doc format, and the website just will not convert it to .pdf. I gave up and just uploaded a .pdf file of the cover letter myself. Anyone else having problems?

Yes -- our bid deadlines aren't for a while, but a friend asked me a question re: OCI and I went to go check on Symplicity -- kept kicking me off every other click. Gave up after that.
