Columbia Law Review Calls

Has anyone heard from the Columbia Review today about membership? The official calendar says that calls go out tomorrow but other materials say today. I have heard some reports that a decison was made to make calls today--but I don't know how reliable they are.
I am posting this anonymously only because I know some people are senstive about discussing law review selection, especially since it has some bearing on employment prospects.

AutoAdmit has a thread on this subject: --LinkRemoved--

Yeah, I saw that. I tend to find the people who post there to be more unreliable than here. No offense to anyone who does. That site just seems to attract a lot of misinformation compared to this one. That is why I posted here.

Calls have started and will be continuing throughout the day.

This site seems to attract a high performing bunch of students. So who on here as gottten a call? Let's see how many people on TLS made it on to the Columbia Law Review. Post anonymously if you want but only post once so we have an accurate count.

So on AutoAdmit someone has reported that almost all of the calls have been made. So no one on TLS has actually gotten the nod?

Anonymous posting is only appropriate when you are revealing sensitive employment related information about a firm, job, clerkship, etc.

eh... it's still sensitive info. and people need the anonymous feature so they can continue to lie!

To be fair, people are probably using the anonymous feature to avoid looking lame for announcing their happy news/asking anxious questions.
That said, I'm not sure what the majorly big deal is about letting the thread openly know. It's not like it won't be known who made LR once 2L begins.

i wanted to +1 the first statement and then realized after reading the second that it was indeed the credited response. by using the anon feature u'd just be delaying the knowledge by a matter of like weeks.
on that note:
"i switched the coolers" "so, what, it saved you like, a second?"
Go!

lolwhat? people on xoxo have been using the anonymous feature to pretend phone calls went out since last night. it's definitely used, in part, to make things up and make people paranoid.

Yes, I'm basically just intruding on this thread to preemptively compare its relative peacefulness to the clusterfuck that will erupt once LR calls start going out at my dear rigorous Chicago.
As for the anonymous feature, I tend to think that TLS users are a little less prone to abusing it relative to xoxo posters. I could certainly be wrong, though.

it's okay, people at TTTs need to reaffirm their accomplishments in threads that have nothing to do with them.
