How to spin getting published for employers???

I'm a rising 3L on a fairly respected secondary journal.
They've decided to publish my student note.

Any ideas on how to best use this to my advantage in my job search?
I'm top 1/3 at T2 that owns its region, editorial board on the journal, working small law this summer.

On my resume I put:
Actvities: Name of Journal, editorial position
Note, "The Name of my Note" 2010 Journal citation (publication forthcoming)

Does that seem about right?

My school suggests putting it under a separate heading so it would look like this:

Activites: Staff Member, Name of Journal
Publications: Publication in BB form

Agree with this, but not so much the BB form, I haave several publications and to not take up so much space for the jorunal ones I did Vol X, 20XX, Vol Y, 20xx

But do put it in a specrate section as a publication and put the full title of your aticle and volume number, just enough so they can look it by your name on lexis/westlaw they want
