I've heard that they will pay your loans by proxy through your bank account. The funds are apparently included in your paycheck.

haha well actually I watched but yeah is this realistic at all?

Edit: not sure why this is quoted anonymously, but does that mean that it is just part of the 160k/yr or is it in addition to?

Some firms used to (and might still) pay a $250,000 bonus to people coming off a SCOTUS clerkship. So yeah.
