Off-Campus Job Fair Bidding

So I'm participating in the CCBA job fair in Chicago and I just had a couple questions, looking for some input...
1. Is it a good/bad idea to bid on firms that will be at my school's OCI? Will be firms be less likely to use a slot for someone they could see at OCI? Or might they like to see students from schools they're familiar with?
2. Out of 25 bids I have about five reach firms. Is it a better strategy to rank my reach firms very high (to make it more likely to win a random interview) or very low and keep the "safeties" high? Does this even make much of a difference?
