Math People: Another Class Rank Puzzle with Many Data Points

In each 1L class the professor is supposed to give approximately the following percentages of grades:
A 8%
A-16%
B+ 30%
B 36%
B- and below 10% (Let's assume everyone got a B- and nothing below that.)
A= 4
A-= 3.667
B+= 3.333
B= 3
B- = 2.667
What GPA woould be at the median and what GPA would be the bottom of the top 25 percent?
I am sure the math wizards here can figure this out. I am always impressed.
