Getting fired from job before 0L = C&F issue?

Post by Anonymous User » Sun May 30, 2010 12:38 am

Hi All,

I want to make this quick - but is getting fired a significant ding against you for C&F?

I'm NOT fired however right now, but I am a 0L planning to quit my job and I am highly suspicious of my employer pulling the whole "we're happy to see you move on, thanks for the 2 weeks" and then turning around and "fire me" to get even because I'm off to better things. I'm not so much worried about missing earnings as much as this screwing up my legal career in the future.

In such a case - what to do?
