Sorry, but it's not a juicy problem. Last summer (before 2L year) I sub-leased from a friend, and I just realized that he wasn't allowed to do that. If I put that I lived at that address (I did sign up for some things to be sent there, so my name is connected to it), will this be an issue at all? I know it's not a huge deal but I don't know how bar examiners treat things like this.

Maybe I'm missing something, but it doesn't sound like you did anything wrong. If your friend violated his lease, then your friend was in breach of contract. *You* didn't violate a contract - he did.
