What will I need to do to get hired at one of these companies? They are not law firms. They write explanations about law and most (or all) of their editorial team has JDs and LLMs...
I don't want to practice law, represent people, help the world, or ever have to file any type of case in court. I want to sit down at a desk from 9am to 5pm (or 8am to 4pm) and just analyze law, write explanations and clock out.
Salary goal is 55k a year starting up to 100k a year after 20 years.
Are there any other types of companies like this, in something other than tax law? Thoughts...
