Will Goldman Sachs & Co. spur a Biglaw recovery?

What do you guys think? Will the lawsuits spurred by the financial meltdown of 2008 revive Biglaw to its pre-ITE level?

I think BigLaw has realized that it can run a much more efficient machine with much fewer staff than it had during the old days. I can't see them being in any rush to hire a bunch of new associates when they know their existing employees are clinging to their jobs like flies to sticky tape.
