Hey all,

Soon-to-be college graduate (urm) here and looking for some sort of employment (legal of course) in the nyc metropolitan area. I am currently studying for the lsat and applying next cycle. My grades are reasonable (3.4) with a major in english and history. I do not have much w/e so I'm looking for more of an entry level position. Is it reasonable to start looking on craigslist or monster? Any other websites that I should look at while looking for employment?

Appreciate all and any responses in advance

I got a job via a temp agency that's paid alright since I got out of Undergrad. I don't know how much it's helped me get into law school, though. I have your GPA and a 180 LSAT, but I'm wait listed everywhere.

Have fun.

employers really won't care much about paralegal experience, if that's what you're driving at. doing something interesting is more likely to bear any fruits on that front, but still pretty unlikely. something fulfilling or something that gets the $$$ is a better move
