Those of you who are going: are you writing cover letters for each organization that you're requesting interviews with? I know cover letters are not required, but how much of a difference would attaching/not attaching a CL make? It really takes a long time to churn out so many cover letters.

I think it prob makes sense to write a cover letter for any ones that you REALLY want/have something you want to say that your resume doesn't about your interest in the area. I'll probably do CLs for 5-10, then just upload my resume for the rest.
