Early Decision for Part Time?

Really great thread you have here. Just wondering which law programs have early decision for part time programs. I have 155/3.645 from top 30 undergrad (2 year legal work experience) and I'm looking for a good part time program in New York. How much of a chance do I got for the part time program in Cardozo if applied through early decision?
