Now that acceptances are finally rolling in for people (UCD does not work quickly in this regard!), someone ought to start a UCD Law 2012 facebook group.

Looks like Davis is the place for me. Still waiting to hear from Irvine and USC, but Its March 27th and I'm tired of holding my breath.

Yeah, I'm almost definitely going to send in a deposit unless something crazy happens pretty quick here. Whether I'll end up going or not is another story
I really think UCD suits my goals better than just about any non-T14 other than UCLA. If I got off the WL at UCLA or a T14, obviously that would be that, but given the remoteness of that possibility, I'm willing to say at this point there is a 90%+ likelihood that I'll be in Davis next year.

Also, slightly stupid question, but my mom wants to come to ASD. Is anyone else bringing parents or sig. others? I don't want my mom to be the only parent there, for her own sake.

Search for "UC Davis Law 2012" we're there waiting. It's not terribly strong yet, but it's getting there. As for bringing your folks to ASD, I say why not? They'll want to see where you'll be living for 3 years, especially if they're chipping in on the bill.

I can't believe I did this, but I gave up facebook for lent. I'm not even very religious, I just felt like I needed a break from the facebook culture. Now I just feel cut off from everything
