I'm really glad you guys could come! We have leftover cake, which we're munching on, and a couple of bottles of that amazing rose prosecco. We cleaned out Gotham Wines.

We got invited to a house party with some upperclassmen involved in Universal Jurisdiction. I'm so tired I can barely move, though. Are you planning anything?

BBM'd you. The WV is gorgeous, BTW, but we had to be close to Fordham. The walking distance thing is kick ass.

You should throw a party when you move in!

Does anyone still need the Kadish Criminal Law casebook? I believe section 11 is using it. Anyway, it turns out I needed a different book, and I don't think there's any way I can return it. PM me you still need to buy it.

Thanks!

So, section 5 people, can anyone else view the commercial in the Leonard v. Pepsico case? I tried typing out the link that the textbook gives, but it just gives me an error.

Haha, yeah. It's kind of funny reading the court's ruling on this.

Yeah, I don't think our class read it but we discussed it. You will have plenty more funny cases to come. Mostly in Torts and Contracts IMO

They never told us if we are eligible for a student discount, huh? Of course, we could use their virtual lab thing (which I have still not gotten to work on my computer), and access Microsoft Office through there.

In AEP they told us we'd be getting OneNote for free from the school, didn't they? I emailed the IT department and they said that a few years ago, they gave free trials to students, but they don't do that anymore. Did I just totally imagine that they said we'd be getting OneNote during the whole note taking presentation?

I am pretty sure that they told us this.

Good luck to everyone on their first official day!

Even though we'll probably be busier from now on, I still vote for more TLS events/parties. :D

Seriously? What are you waiting for?

Now there's a charge.
Just kidding ... it's still FREE!
