I read it this morning. Wow, man. Suing a 6-year-old for pulling a chair out from under an old lady. I'm interested to know more about how that works, though, because I thought you'd have to sue the parents instead?

P.S. Randomly different topic, are there any non-traditionals in the house?

'Grats, Woodbane! I'm freaking out about mine just now.

But.... my law.fordham.edu email is working. Yeah!!!!! I will now proceed to email every last person I know.

:D

Has anyone managed to get their BlackBerry to configure the law.fordham.edu email? I'm having trouble with that, but really would like to set that up... I've been able to set up Outlook web-based mail but does anyone know whether can the Novell WebAccess also be configured?

Out of curiosity, have the people who found out about their gradplus loans find out first going through hesc, my.fordham.edu, or some other means?

Completely off topic, but has anyone tried calling the Admissions Office today? I've been trying to call for hours and either it disconnects me or it tells me their voicemail inbox is full. Are they off on some secret holiday I don't know about?!

They're closed on Fridays during the summer.

sorry for asking again, but to those who already did it: how do you set up your regular fordham email (xxxx@fordham.edu)?

thanks!

i havent gone through the process of doing it yet, but does this only give you access to your xxxx@law.fordham.edu address, or to both your @law.fordham.edu address and @fordham.edu address

jrock, go to my.fordham.edu then click on the envelope icon labeled "Student Mail" at the top right of the page. Then you will have to enter login information. Your password will be your zipcode plus the last 4 of your SSN. I think that's how it works, IIRC.

I had the opposite issue when I sent in my seat deposit. They sat on it for -weeks-, which drove me nuts from a checkbook balancing perspective.

You'll have to come and drink some when we have our party. Now, of course, I'm annoyed that I overpaid by four bucks. I know where I'll be buying in future.

I found out through the hesc website and then got an e-mail from them a few days later.

Weird. I'm reading One L by Scott Turow and I literally just got to the part where he talks about that case. Apparently, one of the main questions to ask yourself is whether the child had the necessary intent to harm the old woman.
