Top Law Schools

I won't be applying till next cycle but I'm interested in Iowa for a variety of reasons. I've also read it tends to be pretty generous with scholarships relative to other similarly ranked schools. Anyone think I'd have a shot at full tuition with a 169 and a 3.5 from a top 20 undergrad? I'm a non-resident if that's relevant.

Did anyone by chance in here have Mark Sidel for Torts?

If so would you be willin to share any insight/outlines you might have, he is at WI now and has said he will be telling students nothing about outlines or exams prior to exam period.
