Nice. Sorry if this is a stupid question but does having the publisher listed as NexusLexus mean we will just print it off of LexusNexus? The reason I ask is that every section of Civil Procedure has
Civil Procedure: Cases, Materials & Questions listed with publisher of NexusLexus. If we print it off, no worries but if we have to buy it than I could order it off Amazon and save myself 60 bucks, since all the sections would use it anyway.

The book is published by LexisNexis. Check out the cover:
I'm pretty sure there won't be an option to download/print this book for free, and I think there are also some typos on that book list. I already purchased a used copy of this book and a few of the other items on the list.
It sucks that some books are used in all but one section for a particular class; this waiting game is going to cost us hundreds of dollars. If I were enrolling at a state-funded law school, I'd consider a FOIA request to determine my schedule.

Just rode my bike to the law school and back. Not a bad ride, but I haven't tried it with 40 lbs of books strapped to my back. Anybody live near Highland Lake on Clairemont? Or is everybody at Campus Crossing, Post, and Gables RS?

This place is about two minutes away from my apartment. I don't have any recent experience playing golf, but I feel compelled to start learning... Anybody interested?

Figured it out.
Only two of us? Is law school really going to be as nerdy as I feared...?
ESPN has free live scoring, just saying...

I'm down for the range anytime or a round somewhere if there are any public courses around. I started playing about a year ago, but haven't played in the last 2 months. I'll be out of town 29th-31st, but other than that am free.

Clairmont > N Decatur > Clifton is 2.1 miles, according to Google Maps. But I cut through the Clairmont Campus and went up Starvine Way; you have to look at the satellite image to see it.
I might try riding up there again tonight or tomorrow morning to gauge how easy it would be to go to the law school via N Decatur. Riding back home from the law school on Starvine and Clairmont is almost all downhill; it's great.

All moved into my apartment at CC. Couple immediate thoughts....
1. My roommates already decorated the apartment so not sure what is all theirs and what isn't. There is a couch, chair, table and entertainment table thing that I'm pretty sure came furnished. Also a painting, a table with chairs and the kitchen counter has 3 high chairs that looks like it came furnished as well.
2. Bathroom has a shower rod, so don't waste your money buying one
3. The pool is in center of courtyard and looks good
4. The fitness center has 3 or 4 treadmills, a copy bowflex machine, and free weights in increments of 5 all the way up to 50. No bench though.
5. The mattress isn't the most comfortable so get a memory foam pad. Target has ones for $20 that work great.

Im 99% certain I saw you today moving in (from your old pic on your avatar). Anyways, yah the bar chairs, table ect are all already there just not any paintings. I like the pool area alot, two flat screens? Pretty tight, I just hope i get a parking spot on my floor.

If you're living at Briarcliff, did you receive a copy of your lease after submitting it to the front office? A friend told me that residents (of any place) should have a copy of their lease, in case something happens.

My apartment office wouldn't give me a copy to look over until I actually signed it. They had to wait while I read over 12 pages, but they were patient. You should be able to get a copy. In my case, it was the next day. They had to make copies for the file, etc.

I'm in Nashville, but I'll be back Tuesday. I'm up for anything pretty much any time after that.

True... Thursday night is always a good night to celebrate, and gives people some heads up time. Any venue suggestions?
The closest place I've found immediately next to Emory with a good beer selection and other drinks is Everybody's in the village. I went to the Vortex and then Graveyard pub with some friends last weekend which was pretty fun too, but a bit far for those without cars. I've heard of this sports bar type place in Decatur called Melton's Tap and App which has an insane bottled beer collection and about 15 on tap.

3 A.M. closing time...wasn't used to that. I don't know what bar it as I went to last night but it was fun. 5 dollar cover charge but good music and dancing. Good times. Also, just bought mario kart for the super nintendo on ebay. Score.

I'm in Atlanta now as well and I'm looking forward to meeting everyone. I'm available basically anytime so let me know a time and a place and I will be there.

I know several places. We can decide on a type of place (dive, Irish pub, brewery, etc.), and then figure out a spot.
Seriously? What are you waiting for?
