Alright, I'm done with all my stuff. I'm in D'Ag and it seems like everyone is locked in their rooms reading... something.

I spent about an hour and 45 minutes on the brief... thought the case was kinda tough but didn't find my understanding increasing with more reads.

Out of curiosity, in these cases (like Arizona v. Evans), the Supreme court refers to lower court decisions. Is there any point in referring to these previous cases? ....because it took up a large amount of space in my briefs.

Ha I'm the blonde with the British-American hybrid accent. I should be at the club thing tonight tho!

Also I missed this morning(boyfriend managed to lacerate his finger on a wine glass last night and I was in the ER with him til 8am) did I miss anything important at the lectures/mock class/whatever it was?

I recall reading somewhere that they'll send out an e-mail at some point announcing a lottery for the (70 or so?) lockers that are available to those of us living off campus. I've no idea where I saw this - maybe I made it up.

i heard this too!

and nitpicky, buttttttt i kind of assumed nyu had all the amenities of other law schools when i chose - most other top LSs have lockers for everyone not just commuters!!! i feel sad.
