This kid deserves the ridicule. But really - his life is over. Having this come up on google, when you're clearly interested in politics, is a complete career killer.

Maybe it would be best to let him go out quietly and not post on his facebook wall.

He claims to have been plastered when it happened and bumped into her hard (not a karate chop), then called her the N-word, has to do community service, is on probation, and is still attending AA as a result.

So his offer of admission is still revoked? Is he contesting it?

His lawyers are contesting the revocation, but yes, it has been revoked.

How come he had to do this stuff before sentencing? Sentencing isn't until July.

UPDATE:

UVA threatened to put it all on his LSAC report if he fought it, so he withdrew. Basically, he was being an idiot while drunk. No excuse, but there is another side. He'll try to get in somewhere in next year's cycle.
