Why not? All you have to lose is $12. I got in with similar numbers and am not a URM, so you never know. Good luck!

Yeah I don't quite understand why people would be hesitant to send in an app with a fee waiver. Remember, the 25th percentile is just that; 1/4 entering students is at or below it. If you feel you are a compelling canidate, why not take a shot?

Heh ... I got a fee waiver today from UVA and I'm in the position opposite you: 3.0/171

It's worth 12 bucks to find out, right? Good luck
