are they not open today? i keep getting a busy signal when i call them. i'm calling 1-215-968-1001

Nope - it's busy. Probably bc it's the day after the long holiday season. I tried going through tech support, bc I got through, and they patched me over to the account specialists...where I sat on hold for 20 mins and then hung up.

i have been trying for an hour straight and still is busy...wtf

LSAC was closed over break, everyone who had any question over vaycay is calling today... I'm not shocked it is busy.

i thought that they had a lotta workers though! haha

maybe someone can answer my question....online it's saying that i didn't pay for one of my applications, yet i paid for 3 total that day, and the other 2 both say i paid for them...so wtf!

In LSAC go to account status> fees and look to see if they have a record of your payment. If they don't call your bank/credit card company and see if a charge was made. It is possible you thought you hit "pay" but didn't

Even the tech support number is busy :/
