UPenn or UChicago ED (Reverse splitter)

Hello,
I am debating between applying ED to UPenn or UChicago. I have a 3.94 GPA from a well-known undergrad and a 169 LSAT on first official attempt, and am waiting on my October results. I also have some decent internships as well as one year as a paralegal for a well-known big law firm in a niche litigation group. I know either one might be a long shot but I’m willing to try.
I especially want to clerk as well as go into litigation, either in NYC or DC. I have no qualms with paying sticker as I am lucky to be receiving help. If I don’t get into either of these schools ED then I would likely ED to UVA.
Which do you think I have the best shot of getting into through ED?
Thank you for any help or advice, it’s really appreciated!
