Is it too late to apply to transfer?

I am a 2L at a T100 school, ranked #1 in my class. And while I didn't decided to transfer during the summer, I can't help but feel like I made the wrong decision. I do have my 2L big law summer job lined up, but the prestige that comes with a T14 school has become something I've become drawn to.
Is it too late for me to apply to try to transfer? Should I just give up and finish at my school?
