Can someone chance my brother?

He's thinking about law school, got his lsat scores back. They were meh - 167; 4.0 GPA at Cornell. I went to Cornell also (most my family has), and, got a 171 on the LSAT. had a 4.0 also. I ended up going to YLS off the waitlist.
I think my brother's chances are decent at most of the T14, but not sure. He wants to go to Cornell, NYU or Columbia. Should he retake?
