LSAT vs. GPA weight

Trying to ease my mind here.
My GPA is either at or above the 75th percentile of the schools I'm applying to.
My LSAT is a couple points below the median.
Will my not so great LSAT score keep me from admittance/scholarship?

Probably but not definitely. Specifically, you may still gain admission, but scholarship money will almost certainly be better if you're above both medians. There's an old maxim that "there are no reverse splitters, only people who need to retake the LSAT" and while it sounds harsh, I tend to believe it to be mostly true.
The good news is, if you're only a couple points below median you're probably already within range of that score. Some minimum maintenance and plugging a few holes probably gets you above that score with one more retake. You have until next September when apps open to get that done, so plenty of time.

Retake.
LSAT is given more weight, and you're leaving a ton of money on the table by not retaking for those few extra points.
