Just curious if there's a chance we'll get the new medians before December's 509 reports.

Some schools release their class profiles before the 509s come out (UChicago comes to mind), but no school is required to, so many don't. I think until the class is closed (that is, waitlist admission is over) at any given school, it doesn't make sense to release data, and we're talking about maybe 3 months of difference (slightly less at quarter-system schools).

In addition to the above, some schools used to disclose medians at 1L orientation ("you guys are our strongest class EVER!!"), but COVID might put a damper on that. Basically it happens whenever schools are in the mood.
