I will be 35 when entering law school with an abysmal Undergrad GPA from 10 years ago but a 3.87 Grad GPA and plenty of international working experience. How much does the importance of the Undergrad CGPA matter? Also, in the interest of other posters, is there some sort of curve for applicants 5 or 15 or 20 years past undergrad?

uGPA becomes a bit less important around the 5-year mark, but it's not like you can amortize it precisely. Even if a lot of time has passed, undergrad performance is still a useful indicator of academic ability (at least, that's what admissions officers believe). More importantly, that GPA affects a school's reportable medians. You can fight back on both of those fronts by doing well on the LSAT.

Generally, one shouldn't expect to dramatically outperform their GPA/LSAT profile, and this is no exception.
