I began my college career at a CC. I spent about 4 years there and finished with a 3.95 and about 120 units. I then transferred to a 4-year and will be graduating with a 3.65 (3.8,3.6,3.4,3..

In total my cumulative gpa would be around 3.85.

Would the downward trend in gpa and the high number of units in CC be red flags? My LSAT is a 162. I’m planning to apply next cycle.

It's weird that you spent 8 years in college (to clarify: it's going to seem weird to admissions people absent a reason; I'm sure you had your reasons), but your LSAC uGPA is going to be the number that matters here, and 3.85 is pretty good.

Ah, those are semesters above, not years. That's not even abnormal then. Congrats on the 3.85 and see what you can do to improve the LSAT if at all possible.
