LSAT Accomodations

Hello everyone!
I am currently looking to get LSAT accommodations for a few issues I face. I have Anxiety, OCD, and also IBS. Is getting a note from my currently psychologist and therapist enough to cover the anxiety and ocd claim? And then getting a note from my GI doctor for the IBS enough? I heard some people on here say you need to go to some guy in beverly hills or get a psycho educational exam. I just want this done correctly, so I can get the help I need.
If someone could please advise, that'd be amazing. Thank you.
