Hello! The summer after my freshman year i interned at my county court. I’m a junior rn who has been working at a small law firm since May of my sophomore year. If I continue working at this small law firm until I graduate will that harm my chances of getting into a T6? / Should I be looking for positions at bigger companies?

No, work experience won't harm your application, your resume's part of your softs. Your LSAC GPA and LSAT are the most important factors of your application, look at their percentiles so you can get an idea on where your range needs to be at

Working for a big firm v. a small firm doesn't make a difference. Schools mostly care about your LSAT and GPA. Somebody with a 3.9/170 working as a fry cook has better chances than somebody with a 3.8/169 coming out of a Congressman's office. Just don't be unemployed for no good reason.
