Taking the LSAT for Two Year JD

OK I'm in a special sort of predicament.

I'm a foreign lawyer living in the US and I'm currently applying to Two year JD programmes. My top choice doesn't require the LSAT, but I'm wondering if I should take the LSAT just in case, to improve my chances of gaining admission. On the upside, it would be something LSAC and the admissions office can understand. On the downside, it all seemed to stressful to undertake while still working.

Any thoughts?
