About the Permanent Residence status in registration

Hi,
I'm trying to register the Octorber exam, and I just encountered a question that said" United Sates and Canada Residents: We recommend that you provide a response for your 'permanent residence' before you confirm your lsat registration."
As I'm in the appliation process of Permanent Resident and will probably get the card in the next 6 month because I already got the confirmation. I'm not now, but definitely will be, before the law school admisstion result come out, so I don't know whether I should identify myself as PR.
If anyone knows, will this matter in the lsat or law school admission? Will this information be shown when sent to law school? Will permanent resident have more chances getting accepted, if there is any ratio on admissable citizens/PR and foreign students?
Thank you for your suggestion and I will appreciate it!
