Looking for merit scholarship- where should I apply?

Hi all-
I am going to apply for schools in the coming 2019-2020 cycle and I would love some help deciding where I should apply, im hoping to get a full ride merit scholarship and location of the school is secondary to that. My stats are LSAT 171 and GPA 3.95. I have pretty strong softs. Any and all advise is appreciated!! Thanks!
