Visiting Duke, Michigan, Cornell, Penn, Chicago to increase WL chances?

I am waitlisted at all those schools and would like to visit all of them, however, I do not have the time nor money to do so. Which, if any, are worthwhile in visiting to help my chances in getting off the WL?
