GMAT for Law School

As you may know UVA, Penn, Cornell accept GMAT scores. I'm international MBA student and have GMAT 730. Should I study for LSAT, aiming at 172+ or do I have chances to be accepted with GMAT 730? Should I write to Law Schools admission officers or do you have any advice/opinion?
