HYS LSAT Addendum

Hi everybody,
I know that the addendum question has been discussed ad-nauseum, but I'm having difficulty finding responses for my particular situation. I took the LSAT in February 2016 and recieved a 163; in September 2017, I recieved a 172. I'm planning on applying this fall with an eye towards HYS and softs that are universally considered strong (think several major fellowships, White House staffer, etc.)
During prep for both tests, my PT range was 169-175 and I was legitimately surprised by my first score. I believe that I was may misbubbled but cannot confirm due to the undisclosed nature of the February test. I know that the general consensus is to not write addendums, but my GPA is a 3.89 so I'm definitely not a lock and would like to make sure the 172 doesn't look like a fluke. I'm particularly conscious of this because I'm just below the medians for H and Y.
Thoughts on how to proceed?
Thank you!
