Top Law Schools

I am waitlisted at the University of Washington (Seattle). I have a 166 LSAT and a 3.9 UGPA. Although I am above both of their 75 percentiles (165+3.80), I am an international student so I probably face a higher standard than the domestic applicants.

I applied to about 25 schools, mostly between T15-T40. I currently have one admission from Northeastern University (ranks 74).

I am wondering should I take the June LSAT to fight for a chance of getting off the waitlist?

I'd recommend retaking the LSAT anyway. Did you go to college in the U.S. or Canada, and do you have a LSAC GPA of 3.9? If so, you are wasting that GPA on a 166 LSAT. Even getting that up to 169 (a mere 3-point increment) would open up the T13 to you, with substantial $$$. I strongly recommend sitting out this cycle and retaking and reapplying next cycle. You can do so much better than attending a T2 law school.
