Include scholarship nominations on resume?

Hi all,
My top ten US university nominated me for several scholarships (Rhodes, Gates Cambridge, etc). Unfortunately, I didn't win any of them (or even proceed to finalist standing (although I was a semi-finalist for the Mitchell lol). Anyway, I was wondering if this is considered enough of an accomplishment to be included on my resume. Being that I attended a top school & the competition pool to even by nominated by my school was kind of crazy, I can make an argument for including it. However, my general inclination is that there's no point in highlighting a scholarship I didn't get. Thoughts?
