Apply in November with 3.9 GPA+163 LSAT or retake in January and apply by the end of January?

I've been studying LSAT for nearly two years and have completed 75 PTs. My last 20 PTs scored between 168-172.
I am primarily aiming at T30 schools. If I took retake on January 26th, I would apply after this test date but before schools' final deadlines. I am wondering should I apply now with my 163 LSAT or apply really late in the cycle but possibly with a higher LSAT?
