Would having 1 or 2 'W' on my transcript look bad for a top 10 Law school?

It won't matter. I had a "W" on my fall transcript that I sent in after I had my fall grades requested. I still got in (although it wasn't top 10, Cornell)

No matter as long as you don't have W's or the entire semester that you'll have to explain. I would keep it to 2 TOPS in order to avoid a negative effect.
I have one and I'm into a few T14 (including T10).

I thought "W"s didn't add up to your CGPA and didn't make a difference as long as they weren't "WF"? Could someone please elaborate further.

They don't count against GPA. Furthermore, I don't think they should really count as a check mark against you. You're allowed to withdraw from a class for any reason whether it's some personal problem beyond your control or if you indeed were just getting a bad grade. Someone looking at your transcript will simply see W and should not read into it or assume one reason over another.
W's do affect financial aid while you're an UG. Have too many then you're essentially wasting money. Dunno if this carries over into law school admissions though.
I probably have like 10 W's on my transcript

What about a semester of W's from when I had to withdraw for a spell for medical reasons? Should an addendum explaining that basically negate thta? (I had one other W in college, but that was in a senior year where I kicked up my grades.)

Do W's count if you re-took the class and got a letter grade?

W's do not count in your GPA when LSAC figures it. The only time W's count is when your university counts W's as WF or something like that. Essentially Withdraw-Fail. LSAC will view this as an F, 0.00 GPAwise. Don't worry about it though W's don't really matter.

A few W's doesn't really matter. The only thing that might concern Law School's is if you have a whole bunch (w/o a medical reason, etc.), which could indicate your "shopping" around for easier courses. I have 2 W's, and dropped those classes because the profs were confusing/jerks, not b/c I was failing. I think a lot of people drop for that or other reasons other than they're gonna fail.
