No Academic LoR

I've read in a few places that letters of recommendation from professors are valued much more highly than LoRs from people you worked with who aren't academics.
How big of a deal is this? I should have two (and I could get more) great LoRs from previous managers who are VPs at major companies, but I don't think I'll be able to get any worthwhile references from undergrad professors.
It doesn't seem like it would be worthwhile to try to get an LoR from a professor because I graduated over 6 years, and I haven't kept up with any of my professors. I did occasionally go to office hours for some classes, but I didn't do any major work for any of them, and I doubt any would remember me.
I'm sitting on a 3.8/167 fwiw. Any thoughts on how much a lack of academic LoRs affect my chances would be much appreciated!
