Top Law Schools

As the title states- my summary GPA was 3.4 and now my cumulative GPA is a 2.79. Any advise will help (good or bad). Should I also mention this in my personal statement letter and/or anywhere else? Can I call admissions after I send an application? Should I add my GPA in my resume? I only got a 147 on my LSAT.

You can't do anything about the LSAC GPA, unless you think they made a clerical error in calculating it. You can and should retake the LSAT to get a (much) better score. I wouldn't recommend that anyone apply to law school with a 147 - the kinds of law schools that would offer a 147 LSAT candidate are likely not going to be worth attending.

Your GPA is irrelevant unless you get your LSAT up a LOT. Even with a 3.4 you wouldn't get in anywhere worthwhile with a 147.
