Last Minute: BU vs. GWU vs Hastings?

Hey guys,
I'm currently studying for the June LSAT, but am about to drop a deposit to have the option of matriculating this year, so was hoping to get some last minute advice. My goal is transactional BigLaw, with the option of lateraling to an Asian-based office after 2-3 years. I'm somewhat agnostic to where I'll be for the first 2-3 years because I probably won't settle down there long-term (if I do remain in the United States, it would ideally be on the West Coast; this is a plan B).
1) BU: 60k scholarship
2) Hastings: 60k scholarship
3) GWU: 105k scholarship
Thoughts?
Thank you,
