SWIM has some thrombosed hemmys and needs to stand every 10-15 minutes or else it takes on a heart beat of its own. 2-3 hour lecture classes are going to be a challenge. can students stand up and walk around, or is that frowned upon?

Not frowned upon. Might even be a good chance for you to raise your hand and stand (even if prof doesn’t tell you to) every 10–15 mins and get more participation points

i guess a sitz bath is more subtle, plus no one wants to be the kid who has dirt and preparation h under their fingernails. thanks all!
