Sorry to keep posting but I am really nervous. I heard hamline has the best food law program and would like to hear from people at Hamline. Do I have to go there to get into food law?

Food law is more regional so the t12 doesn’t apply, I’ve heard good things about Berk for organic food law and Tulane for Cajun food law but beyond that no idea

Do these firms look favorably on chef WE? Would it be worth it to work at as fast food restaurant (e.g., McDonald’s) cook for a couple years before starting at Hamline? Or do you think you need some michilin star WE to even have a chance

according to friends, michilin star gigs are seen as 'elitist' and hurt your chances. dont know about mcd's but a sandwich artist position at subway is considered a 'feeder' for admission purposes.
