Realistically, when is the latest I could have applications in by? I have some things that keep wrapping me up.

Whatever the school lists as their deadline. That being said, you're doing yourself a disservice by delaying at this point both in acceptance and available money. For example, I know my #1 ran out of money by the end of January last cycle.

What was your #1 choice? I get the feeling that for non-top 20 schools submitting in February and even March is no big deal, although it may slightly hurt your chances at big scholarships.
