Hey! I didn’t see a thread for this so I figured I would start one. I’ve been admitted with full tuition but I’m waiting on faculty scholars info (full tuition plus 7k/year stipend). Does anyone know when they announce/invite finalist to Pepperdine to interview for this (they app said applicants for award must be able to participate in interview in feb if chosen)? I was wondering if anyone knows when in feb that would be and I just wanted to check and make sure Pepperdine would pay for housing and flight for that.

Wrong forum. And if you go to Pepperdine with your GPA, you're insane.

echoing cav's thoughts... wish I had a 4.0 to pair with my LSAT. don't burn that GPA on a place like Pepperdine.

If I apply after February 1 do you think I could still get in?

Hey, I am a faculty scholar at Pepperdine. They will pay for your flight, hotel (on campus), and some great food. You should be hearing back sometime within the next week or two. If you have any questions, I can answer them.

Ive been under review since 11/14.

Their status checker says that it can take 4-6 weeks for an application to be reviewed.

Should I contact them? Its been around 9 weeks.

I think there were like 15 students invited, I don't think they did not offer anyone the scholarship. I know four of us ended up going to Pepperdine, which was a low number. But the year before, like all but 4 or 5 committed to Pepperdine. I imagine they'll offer it to roughly 15 students again this year. But I can't say for sure.
